1. Thoughtful valve indicator: In order to allow customers to clearly see the opening and closing angle of the butterfly valve, the valve position indicator is designed on the valve shaft of the three eccentric butterfly valve, and there are 'S' and' O 'arrow indications on the gland cover.
2. Sealed valve seat: In order to improve hardness and wear resistance, the sealing contact surface of the valve seat is welded with Stellite or plated with hard chromium.
3. Leak proof structure: The leak proof structure that seals the valve seat and the body is a graphite leak proof component placed in the sealing valve seat groove, with two positioning holes to ensure precise positioning of the valve seat, facilitating quick maintenance and replacement. According to different working conditions, the material of the leak proof valve seat is provided: pure metal type/sandwich type
4. New composite leak proof/valve shaft dustproof structure: Simply place the thrust liner, leak proof ring, and other liners in sequence, fill them with materials and place them in the body, then install and lock the filling seat (both upper and lower shaft ends are designed the same), which can quickly repair and replace the liners.
5. Anti sagging and explosion-proof dual positioning mechanism: A new type of three eccentric fixed bolt is used to position the valve shaft and valve disc, and a file block structure under the shaft is used for locking to prevent the valve shaft from slipping out. The two protective measures are supported by the lower cover against the lower block of the shaft to prevent the valve shaft from sagging due to impact.
6. Structural valve disc positioning mechanism: The new three eccentric valve disc, body, and liner are matched with machining dimensions to achieve rapid positioning of the structural valve disc. The A-type design does not require pins, making maintenance simple and fast.

Bidirectional pressure holding design: The special floating valve seat design automatically adjusts the valve seat position according to the direction of the pressure source, so that the valve has an ideal sealing pressure ratio in the fully closed position, achieving the effect of double-sided pressure holding of the valve and increasing the service life of the valve seat.
